BRIDGES is a mental health support and promotion agency. Our drop in centre features activities to support community and individual mental wellness. Our 5 main programs include Outreach & Referrals, Community Meal Program (serving hot lunch 2x/week), Social Arts Program, Social Recreation Program and Peer Support. We are open weekdays (excluding holidays) 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, with some dedicated evening social activities. Program goals for our clients include reducing loneliness and isolation, building healthy, supportive relationships and a sense of belonging and connection in the community.
