There She Grows Healing Garden

There She Grows Healing Garden is a community wellness program in Kingston, Ontario created to support women who are veterans, veteran spouses and first responders.

Through gardening, gentle movement, creative workshops, and peer connection in a calm natural setting, the program offers a restorative space where participants can reconnect with themselves and with others who understand the demands of service.

Participation does not require a diagnosis or medical referral—just a willingness to spend time in nature and grow alongside a supportive community.
