Life Through A Mask
Jaime Lee Lightle BA, DTATI, RCT-C will facilitate a four-week program geared towards exploring one’s persona, which often refers to the practical and successful personality we use most of the time in the workplace and social relationships.

Artist James Lightle, peer support and Veteran of CAF, will join her in a safe, personal setting as you create a mask, which is a unique outlet for creativity and self-reflection. A dedicated volunteer from 7Arts will host participants in our studio and assist with the program.

Join Terri Vernon for a relaxing, stress reducing musical experience. We explore creativity through rhythms and wellness exercises.

These session are open to Military Members, Veterans and their partners. No musical experience necessary and we provide the drums. This program is generously supported by True Patriot Love.
